Scope of Services
The Company shall provide tutoring services to the Student for a total of 10 hours. The Company will assign homework and practice tests to reinforce the material covered during tutoring sessions.
Refund Policy
By collaborating with Company, the Client acknowledges the following:
a. The Company enforces a strict no-refund policy. Once payments are made, they are non-refundable.
b. If the Student misses a scheduled class, no refund will be issued. However, the Student may receive credit for the missed session and apply it toward a private lesson, subject to availability and prior arrangement.
Limitation of Liability
The Company makes no guarantees regarding the Student’s academic improvement.
The Company shall not be held liable for any other damages or losses arising from the tutoring services.
